Finance Manager (Cyprus office)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end financial operations across multiple legal entities – from cash flow planning and payment control to management reporting and budgeting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and the Treasury Department, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a structured, ownership-driven mindset. Responsibilities Draft and maintain cash flow forecasts for specific projects. Prepare management reports: P&L and Cash Flow statements. Perform Actual vs Budget analysis and ongoing cost monitoring. Participate in the monthly budgeting process for multiple client legal entities. Monitor costs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Control and сalculate costs across departments; prepare department-level cost breakdowns and analysis. Coordinate extensively with cross-functional teams on payment-related matters. Participate in the implementation of new financial software and tools. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, back office, or a related role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets – andatory. Understanding of international payment methods: SWIFT, SEPA, and Crypto. Experience with financial software; exposure to ERP or accounting systems is a plus. Fluent in English and Russian (both written and verbal) - mandatory Personal qualities Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail. Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve them efficiently. Excellent communicator – comfortable working across teams and levels. Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently.
