У нас регулярно появляются новые ставки, по этой причине вакансия размещена долгое время и мы не убираем ее с поисковых ресурсов.Key accountabilities:Daily planning and coordination of voyages of vessels in chargeSending and handling voyage instructionsNomination of agents in port of calls, Straits and CanalsPDAs and FDAs checkingControl over bunker consumption, replenishment and procurement.Monitoring vessels' cargoesVoyage planning with a view on safety, voyage cost optimization and improvement of TCEMonitoring vessel’s speed and consumption performance dailyMaking sure NOR is tendered in line with Charter Party termsAuthorizing the release of cargo against Owners LOI wording or Charter Party agreed LOIArranging on-hire, off hire, cargo, bunker surveysOperate and be responsible for the end-to-end management of all allocated vessels’ shipping operations matterExperiences:At least 5 years’ experience as Operator of Voyage/ Time Charter vessels, minimum 5 vessels at a timeCommercial Maturity/Shipping or Economic studiesFluent in English essential, with other languages an advantageSea-going experience desirable but not essentialProficient in use of technology particularly Excel, Word, Shipping systemPrevious experience in Oil Tanker Operations or similar is an assetOther skills: Customer focused and relationship building with key accounts (Internal Customers and Shipowners)Accountability and strong sense of ownership, team play and collaboration.Enjoys working to tight time constraintsPersonal drive and the ability to motivate othersPossess Negotiating skillsInnovative, adaptive and flexibleGood verbal and written communicationAdvantages:5/2 office;Work in an international company;Competitive salary (depends on experience and qualification);Comfortable working environment in the city center with international professional team;Medical and travel insurance, mobile phone allowances;Opportunity for personal and professional growth.Ключевые задачи:Оперирование судами (6-8 судов у каждого оператора):полное сопровождение маршрута, коммуникация с капитанами, техническим персоналом, выдача номинаций и пр.Ожидания от кандидата:Релевантный опыт в оперировании судамиСвободный английскийВысшее профильное образованиеЧто мы предлагаем:Офис 5/2, БЦ "Город Столиц" (Сити)Оформление в штат Компании на постоянную ставкуДМС после испытательного срокаКорпоративное обучение
