We are an international biopharmaceutical company focused on innovation, research and development of prescription medicines, primarily across the following therapeutic areas: oncology, cardiology, nephrology and metabolism; respiratory and autoimmune diseases; as well as rare diseases. We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner who will support and take ownership of the financials of some of our Business Units. Main duties and responsibilities: Lead planning and control processes: reporting, analysis and control over BU / Department financials (reporting on monthly basis, analysis by product and channel, control of costs, rebates, profit). Short-term and Long-term planning ensuring compliance with Global and Local business strategies. Presentation of the business plan to the Senior Management Team. Communication with the Senior Management Team regarding financial issues. Sales and supply forecasting by channel by product in line with S&OP process. Support of business development projects. Business processes building and development. Essential requirements: Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. Knowledge of IFRS; a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA would be an advantage. Experience in sales and profit planning and management. Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage. Experience with SAP. Fluent English, both written and spoken. High level of responsibility, good communication skills, strong analytical skills, good presentation skills, self-starter.
