Location: Hybrid work in Moscow, Russia; Moscow, Leningradskoye Highway, 39As3CompanyЛаборатория Касперского is the hiring company.What you will doMonitor the Sanction Compliance Tool (SCOT), maintain its functionality, and update databases after changes to sanctions lists.Create and maintain counterparty profiles, verify counterparties through local offices, online resources, and available databases.Assess sanctions compliance and approve or reject orders in the KORM system, escalating ambiguous cases to management.Analyze sales, partner/channel management, order-processing, product, and business-model processes for regulatory and internal-policy compliance.Draft and update compliance policies, procedures, and work instructions; monitor legislative and market-practice changes.Prepare risk and remediation reports, train users, and raise compliance awareness among process owners and business teams.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, or a related field; the vacancy header specifies 1–3 years of experience.Strong understanding of sanctions regulations, financial crime prevention, and corporate compliance frameworks.Experience with compliance software, risk assessment tools, and data analysis platforms such as LexisNexis, World-Check, or Dow Jones Risk & Compliance.Understanding of operational compliance and internal control frameworks, process risk assessment, and control testing.Strong analytical skills.Ability to work with cross-functional process owners and present findings and recommendations to management.Culture & BenefitsFull-time hybrid work format in Moscow.
