If you love development and take pride in your work, you'll enjoy working with us. What will you do? Bring design concepts to life for new projects. Create wireframes for new and existing projects. Develop UI kits for new projects and enhance existing ones. Design production-ready layouts for new and existing projects. Create high-fidelity mockups for new and existing projects. Build interactive prototypes. Improve and refine designs for existing projects. Gather clients' design requirements, manage expectations, and present and defend your design decisions. Build websites using Tilda. What skills and experience do you need? English proficiency at B2–C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced). Proficiency in Figma, including working with components and prototyping. Experience preparing design assets for development, including marking up and exporting graphics, using specialized plugins where appropriate. Understanding of iOS design principles; familiarity with the iOS Human Interface Guidelines is a plus. Understanding of Android design principles; familiarity with Material Design principles and components is a plus. Experience interviewing clients and defining a product feature list. Strong communication skills are essential. Ability to break down features into interconnected screens, identifying entry and exit points and user flows. At least one year of experience building websites with Tilda, as you'll be maintaining existing websites and developing new ones. What tools do we use?
