We are an IT company located in Canada offering computer services to the Club Industry. We provide day to day IT support as well as IT related purchases.

We are looking for someone can do remote tech support (tier 2)

Job Type: Full-time / remote

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and providing support.
• Ability to work productively from 6:00 AM 2:00 PM EST
• Proficiency in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• MCSE / MCSA certification is an asset
• MCP, COMPTIA A+, Network+ is a must
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responding and addressing support calls
• Daily monitoring of Clients' IT Environment through remote connectivity
• Maintaining and updating Client s information database (log calls, visits, reports on troubleshooting, update equipment change)
• Locating troubleshooting resources and effectively escalating issues in a timely manner
• Communicate with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments

Salary up to $3000 USD a month
