We are developing two international medical projects :
Project 1 Private Medical Clinic
Focus areas: aesthetic gynecology, intimate surgery, international patients.Project 2 Alexa Medical Tourism
An international medical tourism project covering websites, partnerships, PR, and a digital ecosystem.Each project has its own strategy, KPIs, analytics, and reporting .
Work Format and Conditions

Full-time
-
5 6 hours of active managerial work per day

Schedule: 5/7
-
Working calendar: Turkish
-
Daily call: 1 hour (5 days per week)
-
Reporting: weekly + KPI review every 14 days
-
KPI-based compensation: variable part up to 40% , paid every 2 weeks

Combination with other projects is not allowed

Role Overview
The Head of Marketing Operations is the single point of control for the entire marketing system across both projects.
This is a leadership role , not an executional position.
Focus areas: strategy, control, analytics, coordination, and management decisions.Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Analytics

Development and adjustment of marketing strategies for each project

Channel analytics:

Instagram

YouTube

Telegram

Performance marketing control (Meta, Google)

Analysis of creatives, market, and competitors
-
Preparation of management insights and decisions
-
2. Content and Content Planning (Ownership)
Content is treated as a business product .
The Head of Marketing Operations owns the content.Responsibilities include:

Content strategy development

Monthly content planning:

Message house development:

expert positioning

Creation of key content:

The SMM team handles production based on approved guidelines.
3. PR (International Markets)

Development of PR plans for each project

Selection of PR platforms

Communication with editorial teams

Control of at least 3 publications per week

Quality and publication control

4. Websites and Landing Pages

Website control and updates for the clinic

Oversight of Alexa website development

Candidate Requirements
-
Proven experience in marketing leadership / marketing operations

Strong expertise in digital marketing, content, analytics, and PR
-
Experience with international markets is a plus

Ability to manage vendors and complex processes

English B2+ (mandatory)
