Four Seasons Hotel Moscow is searching for the Chief Concierge.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day performance of the department;
• Handling all guest interactions and special requests whenever possible, assisting customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc;
• Controlling and supervising drivers and dispatchers of transportation company; checking transport vehicles to assure they are clean and equipped according to Four Seasons standards;
• Training and coaching concierge team;
• Assuring that Concierge team knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishing close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing and reservations for guests;
• Assuring that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current;
• Processing packages, messages and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner;
• Working closely with Door and Bell Staff to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries and special requests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar position in international hotel brand;
• Knowledge or the ability to operate hotel systems;
• Fluent English;
• Excell ent communicational and interpersonal skills
