Motion Trade is a Dubai-based crypto market maker specializing in liquidity provision, market stability, and token launch support. Our team has experience across 5,000+ token launches and currently supports 500+ active clients worldwide.
We re looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong web3 background, who knows the market, has their own network and is ready to close deals and grow with us.

What you will do:

• Engage with founders of top-tier web3 and fintech projects globally

• Build and nurture relationships with exchanges, VCs, family offices, and other key players

• Manage your CRM, develop your partnership pipeline, and test new outreach approaches

• Attend leading fintech/blockchain conferences worldwide

Who we re looking for:

• Up to 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in web3/fintech

• Advanced/Fluent English (90% of our partners communicate in English)

• Strong understanding of crypto/web3: projects, trends, major players

• An existing network in the industry you already know people who can become partners

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to solve problems quickly
