Who we are looking for

8 10+ years in experience in leading marketing / advertising agencies

Strong reputation with clients and internal teams

Proven experience managing large, complex accounts

Real commercial mindset and P&L exposure

International agency experience and confidence working in English

Fluent Russian and strong professional English
