Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing Local Social Media and Digital Forums
- Responsible for the daily management of key Russian social media accounts, such as VK and Telegram, planning topics and content related to digital products (e.g., new product reviews, user guides), to increase follower numbers and engagement.
- Maintaining brand-related discussions on local digital forums, such as 4PDA, publishing product content tailored to the forum ecosystem, actively responding to user questions, and creating a positive user experience.
- Developing phased social media work plans based on the social habits and digital consumption preferences of Russian users to ensure content aligns with brand marketing objectives and the rhythm of new product promotions.

2. User Research and Demand Analysis
- Developing high-quality user research questionnaires, organizing and conducting research activities such as user interviews, collecting feedback, and collecting user needs regarding mobile phones.
- Systematizing and analyzing research data, summarizing key findings, and providing a basis for product iteration, feature optimization, and marketing strategy adjustments.

3. Monitoring Public Opinion and Maintaining Brand Reputation
- Monitoring brand and product-related discussions on social media, digital forums, and other channels, as well as recording user attitudes, ratings, and potential risks to public opinion.
- Rapidly responding to negative reviews, developing solutions that are consistent with local culture, promptly resolving user complaints, and monitoring the spread of public opinion.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as an SMM manager.
- Impeccable literacy .
- Experience with mobile electronics, phones, and gadgets.
- Professional photography skills .
- A portfolio with examples of social media content (required).
- Understanding of the principles of targeted advertising and analytics.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is required to communicate in our international corporate environment.

Preferred skills and knowledge:
- Experience shooting and editing short videos.
- Basic design knowledge (Figma, Photoshop).
- Own a blog/channel related to technology.
