What We Expect From You

• Native /fluent Russian , with strong professional proficiency in English .

• 5+ years of hands-on PHP de velo pment experience.

• Expertise in Symfony (Doctrine, Twig, Messenger).

• Solid experience with RESTful APIs , OAuth2/JWT, and API documentation (S wa gger/OpenAPI).

• Advanced SQL/MySQL competence, including query optimization.

• Strong knowledge of Linux tools (grep, awk, curl).

• Proven experience with Docker & Docker Compose .

• Familiarity with observability tools such as Sentry, Kibana, Grafana, Blackfire .

• Commitment to code quality via:

  • PHPStan (static analysis)

  • PHP-CS-Fixer (code style)

  • Rector (automated refactoring)

Highly Valued (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with marketing and notification systems , such as Customer.io, Optimove, and SMS provider integrations.

• Knowledge of APIs, security, and fraud prevention , including enterprise-level security platforms (e.g., hCaptcha Enterprise).

• Hands-on AI-assisted engineering using LLMs (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for tasks such as automated testing, intelligent refactoring, and documentation generation.
