Epic Web3 is seeking a Content & SMM Manager to drive event promotion and partnership development for our Web3 conferences and side events. You will orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize event attendance, managing content strategy, media outreach, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications
- Create and manage content across Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram, balancing educational content with event promotions with EpicWeb3 tone of voice
- Repurpose event recordings into social posts, speaker quotes, and video clips using AI tools
- Design email campaigns for event registrants including event details, location guides, and post-event summaries
- Send targeted Luma invites to previous attendees and manage event communications
Partnership & Media Outreach
- Execute outreach campaigns via email, Telegram, and LinkedIn to secure media coverage and community partnerships
- Partner with local blockchain communities and student organizations, exchanging tickets and visibility for promotional support
- Manage partner fulfillment including social media mentions, newsletter features, and visibility commitments
Analytics & Planning
- Develop marketing plans identifying target audiences, channels, and tactics before each campaign
- Track metrics including audience growth, engagement, registrations, and partnership performance
Required Skills
- Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or event marketing
- Excellent English writing skills for outreach and content creation
- Experience with marketing automation tools (MailerLite, Make.com/Zapier, email automation platforms)
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Experience
- Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystem and crypto industry trends
- Analytical mindset with focus on metrics and optimization
- Familiarity with AI content tools and video editing platforms
- Previous experience promoting tech conferences or Web3 events
