And today our team is looking for a Senior Manager in the Business Operations group of the Department of Footwear Production in Production devision.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Prepare business process reports for management.
• Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics (AS IS/TO BE).
• Prepare functional requirements for IT reporting systems enhancements, prioritize backlog within the given budget, confirm technical requirements.
• Analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements (project management).
• Being responsible for the management of business operations.

Our requirements to this position are:

• Analyst background in senior position.
• In-depth understanding of data analysis and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
• Education: Higher (technical, Maths, IT)
• English level: Upper-intermediate
• Program ownership: : Excel (advanced), Power Point (advanced).
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
