Responsibilities:

Preparation of Gorilla Group consolidated financial statements under IFRS for multiple jurisdictions ( 15+ countries)

Maintain Group accounting policies in line with IFRS, ensuring consistent application across

subsidiaries.

Coordinate and manage the audit process with external auditors, ensuring timely completion and high-

quality reporting.

Monitor internal controls over financial reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy to support IPO.

Provide training and supporting finance teams across different countries.

Participate in improvements in reporting processes, systems (SAP HANA), and group-wide reporting

consistency.

Requirements:

Minimum 6+ years of professional experience, including Big4 audit background and in-house corporate role.

Strong expertise in IFRS (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).

Solid background in group consolidations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing with multi-country

operations.

Excell ent knowledge of financial instruments, M&A accounting and complex accounting issues.

Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
