Responsibilities:

• Interaction with the customer's Decision-Makers on-site, as well as with the company's accounting and finance departments.
• Timely submission and signing of interim reports, timesheets, and monthly work completion certificates (Forms KS-2, KS-3).
• Securing payment for completed work within the contractually stipulated timeframe.
• Maintaining the required number of personnel on-site.
• Ensuring a sufficient volume of work for the assigned number of employees.
• Maintaining target goals of scaffolding installation/dismantling.
• Consistently increasing workforce numbers based on positive productivity and project workload.
• Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, industrial safety standards, and labor discipline on the project, particularly for work at height.
• Coordinating the activities of on-site health and safety officers.
• Creating and improving project living conditions (welfare facilities).
• Providing and controlling accommodation conditions of scaffolders and engineering/technical staff (ETS).
• Reducing and optimizing project costs. Ensuring the project remains within the profit margin established by the finance department.
• Distributing the payroll fund (PFT) in accordance with the volume of work performed.
• Daily timesheet completion for payroll processing.
• Responsibility for the accuracy of payment amounts indicated in timesheets manhour rates, in accordance with project specifics and cooperation terms.
• Organizing and coordinating work execution, adhering to deadlines, and tracking the completion of tasks assigned to the project team

• Relevant higher education and/or professional development courses, in addition to a core technical higher education.
• Work experience in international companies.
• Ability to build effective team operations and maintain healthy, dynamic relationships within the team.
• Advanced level of English.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
