What you will do

Lead and develop an international team of HR professionals, set priorities, and build team capabilities.
Design and standardize HR administration processes across multiple international markets.
Improve full-cycle HR operations covering hiring, onboarding, payroll, terminations, and offboarding.
Oversee multi-country payroll operations in line with local labor and tax regulations.
Identify automation opportunities, implement AI tools, and integrate them into daily HR workflows.
Prepare for audits, manage operational risks, and strengthen HR controls.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations in an international environment.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Experience supporting M&A transactions, business transformations, or post-merger integrations.
Strong knowledge of global payroll processes, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation standards.
Experience with entity setup, restructuring, or liquidation, plus the ability to design and improve complex HR processes.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

Experience working with external payroll providers, legal advisors, or consultants.
Experience preparing materials and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Experience improving HR processes and controls ahead of audits.
