The role covers the CIS market.Salary: 160,000–250,000 RUB per month before taxesCompanyTrip.com Group is a global travel service provider operating Trip.com, Ctrip, Skyscanner, and Qunar across more than 30 countries.What you will doMaintain relationships with local hotel partners and coordinate assigned projects with internal departments.Acquire and activate hotel partners, manage supplier accounts, and train partners to use the extranet.Manage hotel rates, availability, content, photos, special deals, and promotional merchandising.Resolve accounting, allotment, notification, cancellation, and other operational issues.Conduct market and competitor research, evaluate production data, and determine follow-up actions.Prepare business review reports and handle operational and administrative requests.RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, OTA, hotel reservation coordination, revenue or yield management, or a related field, ideally in the Russian market.Experience acquiring new hotel partners and strong contract negotiation skills with measurable results.Fluent written and spoken English.Detail-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn quickly.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively as a proactive team player.Culture & BenefitsInternational and inclusive working environment with opportunities to make a global impact.Career opportunities across multiple levels and functions in a rapidly growing business.Internal transfers and a global job rotation program.Learning opportunities in leadership, soft skills, and professional expertise.Flexible work arrangements, company-sponsored activities, and team events.
