We are inviting a highly qualified Head of Sales to join our USA client's IT team. This is an opportunity to work for a stable international company with American standards, fully remotely, from anywhere in the world. Key responsibilities:Scalability management: managing a team of 40+ people. However, we are willing to consider candidates with a smaller number of subordinates (but no less than 5).Strategy and KPIs: monitoring key metrics, achieving departmental goals, and personal accountability for results.Interaction with Headquarters: direct communication with the company's senior management in the US.Optimization: auditing and improving current processes, implementing tools to improve sales efficiency.Systematic approach: building a strict structure, discipline, and transparent communication within the international department. We expect from you:Experience in selling IT products, SAAS, services, etc. will be an advantage.Experience: at least 5 years as a Head of Sales (English-speaking team).Experience managing a team of 15+ people in English.English: level B2 and above. You should be comfortable conducting negotiations, video meetings, and conducting business correspondence.Education: Higher (business administration, management, economics).Leadership: Strong management skills, ability to inspire and demand results.Adaptability: Ready to work on a EST USA schedule.Stable internet connection (without interruptions). Terms of employment:Global Remote: 100% remote work from anywhere in the world.Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST USA (including a one-hour lunch break).
