Back-office specialist (Commodity), Secret Pool• Verify delivery documents, payments, and invoices to ensure compliance with contractual terms and trade confirmations • Control of deal insertion into front office system correctly and in a timely manner on a daily basis • Deals reconciliation, finding gaps, prepare reconciliation reports for particular departments • Liaise with Risk management, Operations, and Front Office to resolve issues related to trade, delivery, or invoice discrepancies • Participate in the monthly closing process, cost allocation checks, and overall trade data integrity • Oversee and support the invoice lifecycle, including participation in automation projects • Identify mistakes, check and solve issues with Operations/Front office or other departments • Perform data reconciliation between front-office and accounting systems in coordination with the Finance and Accounting teams • Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects as required by management • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulationsRequirements• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in trade support, back-office operations, or settlements within commodity trading (precious metals, energy, agricultural, or derivatives) or banking • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle: capture, confirmation, settlement, and post-trade processes • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment • Intermediate+ EnglishConditions• 5/2 office (Moscow City based) • Competitive salary (depends on experience and qualification) • Comfortable working environment in the city center with international professional team • Medical and travel insurance, mobile phone allowances, etc. • Opportunity for personal and professional growth View more Job type | Full-time ---|---Experience level | SeniorLocation | Russia (Россия)Arrangement | Office Apply Ask a question Share vacancy Published: 07/09/2026
