Running HR operations across 60+ countries means navigating different labor laws, payroll systems, and employee lifecycle processes that all need to work together as one coherent system. Our HR team is building that operational backbone to be structured, compliant, scalable, and increasingly powered by AI. We're looking for an HR Process Excellence Manager to lead these efforts. You'll manage an international team, improve and standardize HR processes across markets, and help embed AI into everyday HR operations. Tasks that await you Team leadership You will lead and develop a team of HR professionals, set priorities, grow capabilities, and ensure the team delivers against process and compliance goals. Process design and governance You will design and standardize HR administration processes across international markets, building scalable, consistent workflows where processes are currently fragmented or evolving. Full-cycle HR operations You will continuously improve HR lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, terminations, and offboarding, while overseeing multi-country payroll in compliance with local labor and tax regulations. AI-enabled HR transformation You will identify opportunities to automate HR operations, implement AI tools, and integrate them into everyday workflows. Risk management and audit readiness You will prepare for audits, identify operational risks, and continuously strengthen HR processes and controls. We expect that you Have 5+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations in an international environment Have experience leading and developing teams Have supported M&A transactions, business transformations, or post-merger integrations Have strong knowledge of global payroll processes and compliance Have experience with entity setup, restructuring, or liquidation Have a solid understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation standards Can design and improve complex HR processes Are a confident user of AI tools and know how to apply them to HR operations Can drive change and align stakeholders across functions and geographies Are fluent in English, both written and spoken Preferred qualifications Experience working with external payroll providers, legal advisors, or consultants Experience preparing materials and presenting to senior stakeholders A track record of improving HR processes and controls ahead of audits
