Location: Remote from anywhere in the world or onsite from one of the European offices; applicants must have already relocated from Russia or Belarus.Salary: €3,000–€3,000 gross per monthCompanyAn international organization developing its security governance, risk, and compliance function across engineering, IT, legal, HR, and business operations.What you will doPerform security reviews for internal projects, business initiatives, and technology changes.Conduct vendor security assessments and support third-party risk management.Contribute to Security by Design reviews by identifying risks and defining security requirements early in project lifecycles.Develop and maintain security policies, standards, guidelines, and governance documentation.Plan and improve security awareness programs, including employee training and phishing simulations, while measuring their effectiveness.Identify opportunities to automate GRC processes, reporting, and operational workflows.Requirements1–3 years of experience in information security, Security GRC, IT governance, risk management, compliance, security operations, or a related field.Experience with security reviews, security assessments, or vendor security assessments.Experience developing security policies, standards, procedures, or governance documentation.Experience supporting security awareness programs, phishing simulations, or security training initiatives.Experience with reporting and analytics tools, plus basic scripting or workflow automation skills.Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration platforms; familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.Culture & BenefitsRemote work available worldwide or onsite work from European offices.Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, IT, Legal, HR, and business stakeholders.Opportunity to improve security maturity, governance processes, and automation.
