Company
Development of an unannounced AAA multiplayer shooter.
What you will do
Own the design, implementation, and long-term evolution of immersion-focused gameplay systems.
Translate creative goals into gameplay rules, technical requirements, prototypes, documentation, and production-ready implementations.
Prototype, script, configure, and iterate gameplay features directly in Unreal Engine using visual scripting and data-driven content.
Define and improve tools and workflows for immersion systems with engineering and technical teams.
Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Art, Animation, UI/UX, Audio, Narrative, Production, QA, and other design disciplines.
Run playtests, evaluate feedback, and improve usability, clarity, responsiveness, and player experience.
Requirements
5+ years of professional Game Design or Technical Game Design experience.
Experience shipping at least one PC or console title.
Strong hands-on experience implementing gameplay features in Unreal Engine.
Advanced proficiency with Unreal Engine Blueprints and data-driven development workflows.
Experience collaborating with engineers and technical disciplines on tools, systems, and implementation.
Professional-level English and Russian communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience with contextual interactions, environmental systems, or diegetic gameplay features.
Experience with Gameplay Ability System, Data Assets, Data Tables, Gameplay Tags, and Enhanced Input.
Experience developing custom Blueprint tools, editor utilities, or designer-facing workflows.
Familiarity with C++ and the interaction between Blueprint and native Unreal Engine systems.
Experience with animation systems and integrating audio, VFX, UI, and animation feedback into gameplay systems.
