TASKS
• Formulate and implement business plans to penetrate the Russian mining equipment market.
• Take full ownership of regional P&L, sales targets, and operational KPIs.
• Integrate internal resources (R&D, production, finance) and external partnerships to support business growth.
• Lead and develop a cross-cultural team of 30+ members, fostering local talent and aligning with corporate culture.
• Serve as the brand ambassador, building C-level relationships with mining enterprises and government bodies.

REQUIREMENTS
• Native Chinese speaker
• Experience: 10+ years in sales/marketing management within mining equipment, construction machinery, or building materials.
• Language: Chinese (native), Fluent Russian (working language); English is a plus.
• Skills: Strategic planning, cross-departmental coordination, consultative selling, and LTC (Lead to Cash) process expertise.
