We, Velmie, are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in fintech projects or fintech product development.

Обязанности
- Prepare detailed deliverables (functional requirements) based on best practices and internal quality standards.
- Be the voice of the user — provide a user perspective on the value of features.
- Document customer journeys, use cases, activities, and technical diagrams English: written and spoken fluently (C1).

Требования
- Experience in fintech projects/fintech product development is a must.
- 4+ years of overall experience as a trained software Business Analyst.
- Background in various types of financial services.
- Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) — fluent.
- Strong BPMN, Use Case, and UML skills.
- Strong communication and technical skills — quick understanding of technical concepts.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
