Communication across the company is open: you can contact any colleague in any of our offices around the world. Within the department, communication and working relationships are transparent and informal. You can communicate freely with colleagues, without unnecessary formality.
Working hours are flexible. What matters is meeting deadlines, keeping commitments, and delivering results. We focus on productivity rather than bureaucracy. There is no excessive documentation or unnecessary process. The priority is to work effectively, grow together with the team, and focus on results rather than process for its own sake.
Communication with the Head of Department is open and based on a partnership approach.
At the same time, we are a global company with offices around the world, so there are certain standards and rules to follow. Communication with technical experts can sometimes be challenging. Many of our experts have deep knowledge in highly specialized areas, and marketers, writers, and engineers do not always speak the same professional language. Discussions can therefore sometimes be difficult, intense, and even emotionally demanding. It is important to be able to stand by your position while also finding common ground with technical experts.
Teams and working cultures may differ between offices. Day-to-day communication is primarily with the Head of Department, where the working process is clear and transparent. Working with colleagues from other offices may require adapting to different communication styles and established ways of working. Flexibility, openness, and the ability to stay effective under pressure are therefore important.
