Компания работает с крупными судовладельцами и крюинговыми компаниями из Саудовской Аравии, ОАЭ, Китая и Индии. Подбор плавсостава с фокусом на командный состав. We are an international crewing agency partnering with leading shipowners across the Middle East and Asia (operating tankers, LNG/LPG gas carriers, bulkers, container ships, and offshore fleets).We are looking for candidates with entry-level experience in crewing or HR, as well as professionals from the broader maritime sector ready to develop their career in crew recruitment and management. Responsibilities: Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates, as well as coordinating meetings between seafarers and shipowners. Verifying and validating crew documentation packages. Preparing seafarer CVs, application forms, and dossiers. Maintaining accurate and timely records in Bitrix24 CRM. Providing full operational support to seafarers throughout their contract duration. Requirements: 6+ months of experience in crewing, recruitment, or the maritime industry. Fluent spoken and written English (assessed during the interview; actively used daily to evaluate candidates). Relevant degree (Maritime or HR) is a strong plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to document management. We Offer: Salary: Probation period: 25000 RUB; Post-probation base: 40000 RUB (with performance-based growth potential up to 70000 RUB). Monthly bonus for successful crew deployments averaging 100000 RUB+ per month. Standard 5-day workweek (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) in our Astrakhan office.
